I need no slim-workout because I don't want to lose weight nor look skinny at all. It took me 6 months to reach 55kg from 45kg and I'm happy with that. I think gaining 10kg in such a short time affected my body somehow, my knees feel extremely weak compared to last year. I NEED to get stronger
To start off training your lower back start doing either light Romanian Deadlifts or Hyperextensions. I recommend RDLs more because it teaches you how to do the hip hinge movement which is required in nearly every lower back and glute exercise and it's also the proper way to pick stuff up without injuring yourself.
Do you think RDL is okay even if I have a small hernia? It's not that serious yet but I know that I have it

I actually suggest doing stretches/yoga for a while. It's so hard to workout when your body is stiff like a log

somewhere between my middle back and lower back I guess. Especially when I wake up in the morning I feel like someone beat the shit out of me to death in my sleep
